ALL devices that are brought in for service are thoroughly sanitized before and after repairs, your safety is our #1 priority.
What can you do? – To help keep our staff safe, a quick clean of your personal devices (especially cell phones) before bringing them in for service, would be greatly appreciated.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED! As per Provincial Law, all of our customers are required to wear their masks while in our store. Our Employees also wear their masks when assisting clients at the counter; we also have Plexi-Glass shields installed at each counter as an extra precaution.
HAND SANITIZER & FREQUENT HAND WASHING We have hand sanitizer readily available for all of our customers and staff members. All of our staff members are washing their hands regularly.
GENERAL CLEANING WITH ATTENTION TO “TOUCH POINTS” Our store is regularly cleaned paying close attention to popular touch points such as: door handles, debit machines, counters, customer chairs etc. We are doing our very best to make sure all of our surfaces are cleaned several times throughout the day for your safety.
APPOINTMENTS If you are concerned about leaving the comfort of your home to visit us, we do offer safe on-site appointments where our Technicians come to you for service. We do offer pick-up and delivery if you’d like your system to be serviced in store but are not able to drop it off to us.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT We are limiting the amount of customers who are in the building at one time. We are a smaller shop so at this time, the limit is 3 clients at once. We have lines marked outside for clients to wait or you can provide your name and phone number and we can call you when your spot in line is next so that you may wait in your car.
